Step 1 :- In a browser, Search Blogger.com.

Then blogger Home Page is Open.

Step 2 :- Click the Create New Blog button or Sign in button to begin the process of starting your new Blogger.com blog.

Then Sign in to continue to blogger Page is Open.

Step 3 :- Enter Your "Email id" and click on "Next" button.

Step 4 :- Enter Your "Password" of Email and click on "Next" button.

Step 5 :- Then This Page will appear and ask you "Blogger profile display name". Enter The name you Want and Click on "Continue to Blogger".

Step 5 :- Then This Page will appear. Now click on "Create new blog" button.

Then a popup window will appear.

Step 6 :- Now Choose the "title", "address", and "theme" of your blog and click on "Create blog" button.

If the address/name you choose for your blogger blog is not available then this type of error "sorry, your blog address is not available" is shown below your address box and ERROR symbol shown in yellow color.

If the address/name you choose for your blogger blog is not available then this type of message "This blog address is available" with a blue tick.

Step 7 :- Now a popup window is appear on your screen and ask for Purchase a "Domain Name". Just click on "No Thanks" because you create a Free blog (without purchasing Domain name and hosting).
